What is Pre-discharge Bankruptcy Education Course?
Consumer Protection Association is approved to issue certificates
evidencing completion of a personal financial management instructional
course in compliance with the bankruptcy code. Approval does
not endorse or assure the quality of a provider’s services.
Our pre-discharge bankruptcy educational course will be completed
in our classroom with one of our knowledgeable educators to
offer you personal guidance and assistance.
Second Chance is a, self-guided educational textbook that
will cover a variety of financial topics to help you better
understand the basics of money management, budgeting, and
using credit wisely. The course is designed to meet the two
(2) hour debtor education requirement set by the EOUST. If
you are filing bankruptcy with a spouse or partner, you must
each complete the program separately in order to receive your
individual certificates of completion.
When registering, you will need your Social Security number,
your bankruptcy case number, and if applicable, your attorney
