Mission Statement

To assist individuals and families regardless of household income who are vulnerable and/or financially challenged to meet their needs. CPA acts as a support system and advocates by:

• Offering life skills education and training, outreach, and counseling;
• Serving as a mediator between individuals, families, and service providers; and
• Building strong relationships with providers of basic services.
